Delete your account

1. In the Nilay360 app

1. Open the Nilay360 app and sign in
2. Go to Profile → Account
3. Tap Delete account and confirm

On the website: sign in, open Settings and press Request account deletion.

2. What is deleted and what is kept

If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable timeframe, except where we are required to retain certain records for legal or regulatory purposes.

Our team reviews each request and contacts you before anything is deleted. Your account works as normal until then. See our Privacy Policy (sections 5 and 6).

3. Can’t open the app? Send a request

Use the phone number or e-mail on your Nilay360 account so we can find it. Or e-mail contact@nilay360.com.
